PARTS RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Vak Pak for your equipment and parts needs. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to make your return process simple and transparent. 

Return Eligibility 

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. 
• All returned items must be:
  
  • Unused
  • Undamaged 
  • In resalable condition 

Return Shipping 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. 

Inspection & Refunds 

• All returned parts will be inspected upon arrival. 
• A refund will be processed only if the item meets our return conditions. 
• Items that are used, damaged, or not suitable for resale will not be eligible for refund. 

Non-Returnable Items 

• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
