5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at parts@vakpak.com or 1-800-877-1824 within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are typically non-refundable.
